Kimberly Grove : Kimberly has been in the real estate business for over seven years and has helped countless buyers and sellers turn their real estate dreams into success stories. As a lifelong resident of the area, you can be certain that Kimberly’s knowledge of the local housing market is unmatched; the same can be said about her negotiation skills. Kimberly enjoys working with first-time buyers, seniors, new home construction, fine properties, and the short sale and foreclosure markets.

Prior to real estate, Kimberly served as the proprietor and principal of a successful IT data storage service company where she was in charge of new sales development, client retention, and back office duties. Kimberly was also a licensed general and new home contractor, and was the owner/operator of Grove Design & Build LLC. “With my previous sales experience in both companies, I can utilize my negotiation expertise, patience, and knowledge of the building process to better service my clients,” she explained.

Kimberly is a mother of four children and cares for a menagerie of animals that include four cats, two puppies and two horses. She enjoys antiquing, boating, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family.
